One little lady turned 5 yesterday.
birthday favorites: Jack and Annie books, tap shoes, and one big sticker book {thanks Grandmom, I played all night and morning!}
birthday bomb: the pink ombre layer cake I made at 11:00 at night. the cake itself turned out perfect, but the layering/icing part, not so much. it died a tragic death at midnight. so sad. note to self: give baker enough notice for birthday cake. :)
