What the hell happened to September? Just as you start to wrap your head around the end of summer, October launches a sneak attack.
In my experience, this is a great month. True, last year we had a freakazoid snow storm and went trick or treating in snowflakes, but aside from that, it's usually pretty good {any month that dedicates a day to gorging on candy~ Halloween! ~ is a winner in my book}. We spent this weekend enjoying seasonal favorites like hayrides, pumpkins and a little bluegrass music. Good times.
Fall is definitely my favorite time of year. I definitely feel like the best memories I have as a kid with my family are from that time of year. Whether it was trick or treating, apple picking or hayrides we would always have so much fun. Looks like you are creating plenty of memories with your family also. Get them all in before the leave removal happens for the year!
