Like kids everywhere this time of year, mine are enrolled in swim class. It's Emerson's 4th time in the pool with a teacher and Max's 1st. As expected, of all the kids in the Water Tots class mine was the only one complaining. Oh brother! But, all in all, they both did great. Emerson loves to swim and is gaining confidence to put her face in the water {not under!}. And Max is doing awesome. Last year he wouldn't set one toe in the water, this year he loves splashing in his whale pool {thanks, Melissa!} or floating in the bigger blow-up.
I'm gathering lots of footage of them in the pool and plan to do a short video of my little swimmers next month.
Maybe in this week's class, Emerson will take the plunge and jump to her instructor!
