I love dessert. I'm suspicious of those who don't. So as soon as I saw this lovely lemon curd raspberry dish at Stephmodo, I knew I had to have my fill.
Spotting this dish a few days ago made for perfect timing given that I was charged with bringing dessert to Saturday's dinner among friends. Originally shown as shots (see below), I altered the dish to simple tasting-sized bowls I found at Pier One (12 bowls in all, with itty bitty spoons. So fun.} It was quite easy to prepare with nothing more than fresh ingredients and lots of mixing and layering and a bit of chopping.

It was sooo good! The tart lemony flavor in this dish is potent and refreshing and it was the perfect thing for an al fresco meal among friends. So good, in fact, that I just emailed the recipe to a fellow party-goer.
